1. Reservations

· All reservations are subject to availability.

· Confirmation will only occur when the customer receives an official confirmation email.

2. Payments

· To secure your reservation, full or partial payment is required according to the instructions sent when confirming dates.

Prices may vary depending on the season, number of guests, and additional services.

3. Services

Services include:

· Accommodation at the lodge.

· Fishing trips (Inshore, Offshore and Big Game in Coiba/Hannibal Bank).

• Additional services upon request.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The guest must:

• Comply with safety regulations during fishing activities.

· Respect the lodge's property and its natural surroundings.

• Provide accurate and truthful information for the booking.

5. Exclusion of liability

Fishon Panama Lodge® is not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings.

• Weather conditions that require changes to itineraries.

• Accidents resulting from failure to comply with safety instructions.

6. Modifications

The lodge reserves the right to change prices, service content, or terms without prior notice. The current version will always be available on the website.
