Refund Policy

To guarantee the availability of our boats, captains, and staff, all reservations at Fishon Panama Lodge® are non-refundable.

1. No refunds are given

No full or partial refunds are offered for:

  • Customer cancellations.

  • Date changes.

  • Change in the number of guests.

  • Late arrivals or early departures.

2. Reprogramming

In exceptional cases and subject to availability, we may be able to offer rescheduling, provided it is requested at least 30 days in advance. This courtesy is not guaranteed.

3. Climate and sea conditions

If weather conditions prevent fishing, the itinerary can be adjusted, but no refunds will be issued.
